CHERRY SORBET

INGREDIENTS
for the sorbet
frozen cherries
a little water
INSTRUCTIONS
Put your frozen cherries in a blender and blend together with a dash of water until they are a creamy consistency and the skin has been broken up properly. You can then either put it back in the freezer in a tub until you are ready to eat it or you can put it in an ice-cream maker to make it even colder. It can be eaten straight away but it will melt very quickly.
You can use other fruit - frozen peaches work well and so does frozen mango if you can tolerate it.
